By using this website you agree to these terms. Racing Nation SA is referred to as "RNSA", "we" or "us".

1. Using the website

The content is for information about RNSA, its events and merch. Do not misuse the site, try to break into it or copy our logo, photos or branding without our permission.

2. Merch orders

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Pressing "Checkout via WhatsApp" sends us your order request. It is not final until we confirm stock, price and payment with you on WhatsApp.
• Payment, delivery or collection details are agreed on WhatsApp.
• Stock is limited. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock and will refund anything already paid.
• Your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act still apply, including for faulty goods.

3. Events

• Dates, times and locations can change. Check our WhatsApp community for updates.
• Entering a car does not guarantee a spot. We confirm entries on WhatsApp.
• You must follow South African road and traffic laws. No street racing, reckless driving or illegal activity at or on the way to RNSA events.
• Attend at your own risk. RNSA is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to people, cars or belongings, except where the law says we are.
• We may take photos and videos at events and use them on our website and social media. Tell us if you do not want to be featured.

4. Links to other services

This site links to WhatsApp and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

5. Changes and law

We may change these terms at any time. The latest version is on this page. These terms follow the laws of South Africa.
